Always.

The High Table does not leave such matters to chance. Reservations are mandatory, as this destination is often fully booked. Walk-ins may be accommodated but only on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is never guaranteed.

However, our John Wick Las Vegas Continental Bar and Gift Shop remain open to all—no reservation required.

Your identity must be verified.

A valid ID is required for all guests over 18.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guests must be 21 or over to enter the Continental Bar.

Accepted forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued identification card.

Without ID, you’ll find our doors firmly closed.

Mistakes happen, but they must be addressed swiftly.

If you’ve made an error, contact us at 702-333-0770 or email info@JohnWickExperience.com. Please note: ticket prices may vary depending on the date, and changes are subject to availability.

Yes.

The JOHN WICK EXPERIENCE sells out frequently, and reservations are required. Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals—beyond five minutes— may not be admitted to ensure the quality of the experience for others. No refunds are issued for late arrivals. Please plan accordingly.

  • General Admission: Grants access to the JOHN WICK EXPERIENCE at your reserved time, with up to 12 individuals per group.

  • Private VIP Experience: Ensures private access for your group of 4-12 people without outside guests joining your part.

Punctuality is paramount.

Late arrivals must be rescheduled (subject to availability) and a $20/person rescheduling fee will apply. Guests arriving later than five minutes beyond their scheduled time may not be admitted, and refunds will not be issued. Factor in traffic, weather, and travel time to ensure timely arrival.

Additional guests can be added to any Private VIP reservation, provided space allows. Contact us at 702-333-0770 or email info@JohnWickExperience.com for assistance.

This is no playground.

The attraction is intense and immersive, designed for adults. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and those under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. All guests must purchase a ticket and sign a waiver. No refunds will be issued if the attraction is too intense.

Intensity is part of the journey. The JOHN WICK EXPERIENCE is intentionally action-packed, featuring loud sounds, darkness, fog, special effects, mechanical devices, and live interactors. Refunds are not granted under any circumstances related to the intensity of the attraction.

Re-Entry

Once you enter, there’s no turning back.

Re-entry is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued if you exit during the experience.
